Departments, institutes, and centers access our ISSAlink portal to submit immigration requests and documents to ISSA. Students, scholars, and employees access our ISSAlink portal to complete forms and upload documents to their electronic ISSA file.
Departments, Institutes, and Centers: If you have not yet set up an ISSAlink account, contact us at issa@nd.edu to request an account (be sure to mention what type of immigration request it is that you plan to submit). We will provide information about how to request an account and access the ISSAlink portal.
