ISSA serves more than 3000 international community members, and we provide a variety of resources to engage our office and receive responsive, efficient, and thorough immigration advising assistance.

There are a variety of ways to access ISSA student immigration advising services for undergraduate, graduate, and non-degree students.

Allow our team five business days to respond to eform requests and three days to respond to emails.

  • We review emails daily for urgent situations, and we will respond accordingly
  • Sending multiple emails on the same topic or directly emailing an advisor will not result in a faster response
