Hi! My name is Regina Bernardo, and I'm a rising sophomore currently living in Pasquerilla East Hall (Go Pyros!). If I had to pick a hometown, it would be Singapore, but I also grew up in Manila, Philippines and Jakarta, Indonesia. I'm a rising sophomore majoring in Marketing and Film, Television, and Theatre with a minor in Computing and Digital Technologies. On campus, I'm involved with Filipino American Student Organization, Student International Business Council, ND Studios, and Black@ND.

Despite the challenges that COVID-19 presented for my freshman year, Notre Dame really made me feel welcome. As an international student who had never lived in the US, let alone been to the Midwest, I didn't know what to expect at ND. But I can assure you that ND will feel like home sooner than you think.

I'm so excited to meet you all this fall! Welcome home!

Favorite ND Moment

Beating Clemson in double overtime and celebrating the win with my friends.

Advice for Incoming International Students

Say yes when it's reasonable to! ND always has events going on where you can meet new people and find your ND family, but it's okay to take some time for yourself too.
