Are you an art enthusiast? Do you love seeing different mediums and exploring new forms of art?
Join ISSA for a field trip to Grand Rapids, MI. Attendees will have the opportunity to watch and participate at the world’s largest international art competition, ArtPrize.
ArtPrize is a radically open, independently organized international art competition with an unprecedented $200,000 top prize decided entirely by public vote.
For 19 days, three square miles of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, will become an open playing field where anyone can find a voice in the conversation about what is art and why it matters. Art from around the world pops up in every inch of downtown, and it’s free and open to the public.
To sign up, visit Notre Dame International, located in 105 Main Building by October 2. Cost is $10.00 and includes transportation. Admission to all Art Prize venues is free. Open to all students, scholars, and their spouses.
