Alumni Student Social

Graduating students are invited to attend the Alumni Student Social on Thursday, April 19, where they will be able to meet with alumni leaders and the presidents of 300 alumni clubs from around the world. If you plan to attend, please RSVP to issa@nd.edu by May 17.
Travel Signature and a Snack

Do you need a travel signature on your Form I-20 or DS-2019 before summer vacation? Immigration Services Office (ISO) staff will be available during the dates and times listed above to issue travel signatures to international students. Students should bring their original I-20 or DS-2019 forms, passports, and I-94 cards. Snacks will be provided.
International Student Study Break

Take a break from studying and join your fellow international student for free pizza and snacks.
20th Annual International Student Commencement Reception
Saturday, May 19, 3:00-4:15 p.m., McKenna Hall Atrium
Graduating students and their families are invited to attend the 20th Annual International Student Commencement Reception in the McKenna Hall Atrium on Saturday, May 19. Fr. Jenkins will provide brief remarks. Hors d’oeuvres will be provided. Attendees will be most comfortable in business attire. Please RSVP to issa@nd.edu by May 15, including the number of family members who will be attending.
FIELD TRIP REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
To reserve a spot on any ISSA field trip, please visit the ISSA-Programs office in 105 Main Building during regular business hours to submit your payment and sign a liability waiver. You must also provide a phone number for a local emergency contact (someone who lives in South Bend). All students and staff are welcome on our field trips, but international students, scholars, researchers, and spouses will receive first priority. If a wait list is created, international students will receive first priority. Trips that are family friendly will be noted as such in the description. There will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
